The rain and wind did not slow this party down. Kristen and Jared enjoyed their beautiful Wedding and Reception at Promise Gardens in Pasco, in spite of the light wind and torrential rains. After a Mediterranean Dinner including Roasted Red Pepper Hummus with Pita Chips, Roasted Vegetable Salad tossed with Feta Cheese, Orzo Pasta Salad tossed with Asparagus and Lemon, Classic Greek Salad with Olives, Fresh Seasonal Fruit and Slow Roast Oregano Lemon Chicken, the party danced the night away under the gazebo.

August 1st rought 108 degree heat and a beautiful pool side wedding reception at Three Sixty Cellars in Kennewick for the Barrett and Schwartz Family.  After a Elegant Chef’s Pasta Action, in which every guests entrée is created individually, the guests danced on into the night.

This weekend was the first event we have produced with all three of our colorful trucks.  Tri-Cities Water Follies and Air Show is always a wonderful community event.

We had a great time with Nancy and Jose in Royal City, what a beautiful setting at Stillwater Creek Vineyards. At the Afternoon Wedding the guests had the view of the lush green vineyard filled basin and the reception took place in an oasis we created with a truck load of furniture. We served a wonderful Italian Pasta Family Style Dinner which was cooked on site.
