Your guests arrive dressed in fun summer dresses and casual dress shirts as they enter your colorful summer wedding reception. They are all greeted with freshly brewed ice tea and herb citrus ice water, the Castle Event Catering Staff is passing silver trays of chilled prawns with our signature cilantro cream and refreshing chilled strawberry patch soup. When the time is right the bridal party lead the guests through our Light Summer Buffet perfectly matched for this warm summer evening.

You have dreamed of being the Princess at the Castle on your Wedding Day and here it is. Crisply dressed Castle Event Catering Staff professionally greet your guests with trays of champagne flutes garnished with raspberries, tempura fried orchids stuffed with mushroom pate then garnished with capers and blini laced with crème fraiche and caviar. From across the room there is the wonderful aroma of grilling Crab Cakes, Salmon Cakes and Black Bean Cakes being prepared at our Chef’s Action Station. Once the time is right your guests are seated for our Elegant Evening Dinner Service.
