Castle Event Catering is on the top of many event venue preferred lists and the exclusive caterer at our own Anthology Event Venue in Richland.
While producing catered events for over 20 years, we have developed many wonderful venue relationships with event venues including premier wedding venues, wineries, culinary centers and more. Our Event Designers will assist you in selecting the perfect venue.

Kathy is the Queen of Castle Event Catering. Her passion and obsession feed her creative soul, resulting in guests visions coming to life and consistently exceeding their expectations. A true entrepreneur, Kathy is continually raising the bar for the local catering community and the Castle Event Catering Team.
Kathy’s favorite menu includes a theme from start to finish, if there is research involved along with test kitchen time – that is even better.
Executive Chef Andy Craig is the heart and soul of Castle Event Catering. Andy has an ability to put together flavor combinations that are out of this world, and he loves pairing local wine with his creations. Aspiring to use only fresh and local ingredients, Chef Andy enjoys being part of the community and forming relationships with local vendors.

Meet Event Designer Leeann. She is ready and excited to assist you in creating the perfect event from start to finish. With well over a decade in the hospitality industry, her experience brings a wealth of knowledge and she is dedicated to providing guests with memorable experiences.

Chef de Cuisine Erik Brown leads our culinary team with his CIA training and international experience. Early on Erik discovered a love & respect of food from his Grandmother's Restaurant. From April to October you are likely to find Erik in our garden as much as the kitchen. He is a true Farm to Table Chef with a passion for local farmers & Fresh Pacific NW Cuisine.
His favorite menu includes wonderful flavors coupled with a fantastic experience.
We would like to introduce Pastry Chef Jackie Lane. After completing Le Cordon Bleu – Hollywood, she created amazing treats for 5 Star Seattle Hotels and Café guests before calling the Tri-Cities her new home. Jackie is ready to put the Sweet Finish on your event – hand crafted chocolate peanut butter cups, over the top crème brulé or sticky toffee pudding anyone?
